A Pink Affair
On Friday, October 14th the Lewis Hall Singletary Oncology Center hosted the fifth annual Pink Affair, an annual fashion show fundraiser featuring local cancer survivors as models.
This year, all of the proceeds from the event will help fund the Breast Cancer Navigation Program. Created in May of 2010, the Breast Cancer Navigation Program provides much needed educational, emotional and financial support for patients facing the challenges of fighting cancer. From the very first diagnosis, throughout treatment and until the Hope Bell is rung signifying the completion of treatment, all breast cancer patients at the Lewis Hall Singletary Oncology Center are afforded the ability to take advantage of the healing programs provided by the Breast Cancer Navigation Program.
If you or someone you know is a cancer survivor and interested in modeling in A Pink Affair, please call Debbie Beeson, Breast Cancer Navigator at the Lewis Hall Singletary Oncology Center at (229) 584-5445. Corporate and individual sponsorship opportunities are also available for the Pink Affair. For more information on sponsorships, contact the Archbold Foundation at (229) 228-2924.
